Sponge cakes are available in the following flavours: vanilla with strawberry jam, lemon, or chocolate. 

Fruit cakes are also available (which should be ordered three months in advance to allow them to mature.) 

Or for the real chocolate lover, we offer a mud-cake - a dense chocolate cake containing Belgian chocolate and covered in ganache.
